A monochromatic tribute to the ornate Baroque style. Nine central motifs can also be used for all sorts of smaller projects. Stitched on R&R's Creme Brulee Linen 35 count using Gloriana's Northern Lights, 1 strand over 2 threads of linen.

251 x 251 stitch count.

There are about 28,400 little x'es, which took about 24 yards of 12-ply silk at the given fabric count. If you're doing 2 strands over 2 on 28 count, that comes out to ~14 DMC size skeins.
